Council Approval

Before any demolition can start, council needs to approve it — either through a Development Application or a Complying Development Certificate. If you don’t have one yet, that’s completely fine; we can help you sort it out.

Optional, but it helps us give you a faster, more accurate quote. PDFs or photos are fine.

The Property

Are you the owner of the property?
Are there any trees over 3m?
Are there tenants?
Is the property vacant for us to inspect inside?

We do not disconnect gas or NBN lines — please arrange these with your provider and allow 30–60 days.

Book an Inspection

We inspect weekdays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Pick a day and time that suits and we’ll confirm it with you.
